Spring Mill Country Club is seeking multiple Line Cooks for Full-time/Part-Time hours to join our team. We are a private Country Club, but our restaurant is open to the public. Our restaurant offers a casual, family-friendly atmosphere and a wide range of specialties and favorites to satisfy various tastes.
Requirements:
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- Ability to work as a team member
- Follow directions and instructions
- A minimum of two years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- Food safety certification is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
- Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the chef
- Maintains cleanliness and complies with food safety requirements by safely handling and ensuring proper storage
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs

Salary:
